Interview Q&A
How long have you been in business?
We have been protecting the rights of injured people in Colorado for over 35 years
What is your primary product or service?
We help injured people. We have been working on auto accident and injury cases, Workers' compensation injuries, Social Security disability, VA Disability, and many injury related issues for 35 years.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Michael Sawaya began this practice 35 years ago when his brother was killed in a terrible plane crash. He could not find an attorney who could handle this complicated case. He began to work the case on his own and decided that this was an area of law where people needed special attention and excellent legal services. The firm was created and has thrived as one of Denver's top personal inujury law firms.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We run our business on a set of core values, as we believe all businesses and households should be run. We strive to be better as both human beings - and advocates for our clients. The values we believe in are Hope, Trust, Family, Service, Responsibility, Honesty, Justice, Honor, Freedom, Truth, Faith, and Integrity. Our website discusses them more in detail. Check it out and tel,l us your thoughts.

We have our main office in Denver, and we have a northern Colorado office located at 1305 8th Street in Greeley. We have plans to open an office in Colorado Springs later this year.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are easy to find just 10 blocks east of downtown on 16th Street, one block north of Colfax and one block west of Downing. Plenty of free parking all around the office.
What type of payments do you accept?
We offer free consultations on new cases and we work on a contingency basis. This means that our clients pay us no money until we win their case. We even have a network of doctors that will treat our clients on a lien basis, so that the costs of medical care come out of the proceeds of the lawsuit as well. If we dont win, we dont charge for our services.

We serve all of Colorado with our personal injury, auto accident and work comp business. Our Social Security disability practice is national across the US. We can work with anyone in the 50 US states that need help getting their disability benefits.
