If aggravating people and bringing upon yourself bad karma then Matt Bacaus is the realtor for you. My experience was horrific financial damage, and emotional stress. I was bullied and given an ultimatum at the eleventh hour that completely changed the contract. If it wasn’t that my family really wanted the property I would have gladly walked away. Maybe he got for the seller what they wanted, but harming someone to get what you want is only a short term gain that comes with a long term loss. I would have appreciated better compromise and negation skills so all parties felt like winners. I was made to feel like I was a looser for buying a home through Tupper’s Team! I would not want to be walking in Matt’s karma shoes because he has built up a lot of negativity through his intimidation and reckless consideration of the buyer FYI, if considering listing with matt, the photos of the house were such a bad representation of the interior, I did not bother touring it until my realtor talked me into it about 5 months after it had been on the market!

We have been in business longer that any other Realtor in our area. We have files of letters from exremely happy past clients and have a proven track record.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One in Evergreen north. Plans to expand.

From Exit 252 (El Rancho/Evergreen) on I-70, take Hwy 74 south 5.3 miles to the 7th stoplight, turn left on Stagecoach Blvd and immediately right into the ReMax parking lot.

Evergreen, Conifer, Genesee, Lookout Mountain, Kittredge, Idledale, indian Hills, Pine, Morrison, Bergen Park and western Golden.
