How long have you been in business?
I've managed large scale projects for over 20 years and used the skills I acquired in my real estate business. I have been in real estate for over 10 years & have honed my abilities to benefit my clients.
What is your primary product or service?
I offer my clients a no pressure environment, with all the current local market information, to determine for themselves whether they would like to take further steps in buying or selling real estate. My promise is that, if you choose to do business with me, your business will be handled as carefully as I handle my own.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first became interested in real estate while in college and have remained knowledgeable in the Metro Area Market. However, due to family commitments put off the commitment until later in life.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Statistical analysis of local market sales and trends is vital in today's climate. Your real estate broker should know all the facts about your geographical area of focus. I have that knowledge.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I represent my clients as a individual broker to assure my clients get the best service possible. I am affiliated with Equity Colorado Real Estate.
