What is your primary product or service?
Unbridled Solutions plans and executes meetings, conferences, and incentives around the world. Whether we’re managing a 20 person incentive program or a 6,000+ attendee user conference, each Unbridled event is intentionally crafted - tailored to suit a company’s unique goals and personality. Unbridled events energize attendees with one-of-a-kind experiences that tell a brand’s story and create emotional connections. Experiences that fire imaginations, fuel learning, and forge lasting relationships. Sure, we could pull old ideas off the shelf, but that wouldn’t be fun for our clients or for us.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Stan Bullis, President - Unbridled Solutions, enjoyed a progressive career with Marriott Corporation, where he worked as a Dishwasher, Busboy, Room Service, Banquet Server, Catering Service Manager, Executive Meetings Manager, and finally Senior Sales Manager. His career experience with Marriott made him an expert in event management and logistics. He then went to work as a National Sales Manager for Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where he built a national reputation for taking on the tough jobs with exemplary performance.
Stan joined a small Colorado-based travel agency as Director of Incentive Sales, was quickly promoted to VP of Sales, and soon became Chief Executive Officer. Within 8 years of joining, he helped the small agency mature into a nationally known powerhouse, growing from 12 to over 300 associates. This gave him the fuel to start his own company, Unbridled Solutions, LLC, giving him an equity position that he uses to fulfill his dream of helping women in crisis. Since the company’s beginning, he has committed that 20% of his equity to support UnbridledACTS, a local 501(c)(3) benefiting women in crisis. He firmly believes it’s time for corporate America to “stand in the gap” and take clients, community, and family obligations seriously.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
1) We are flexible and scalable. We offer a full suite of services, but clients can also pick and choose just the ones they need: creative services, attendee registration and management, program logistics, event production, sponsor/exhibitor management, travel and transportation, and financial management. 2) We are transparent. We openly reveal our cost structure, exposing all supplier/partner fees as well as ours. Because most of our services are in-house, you avoid compounding markups resulting in significant savings to your bottom line. When we do bring in a partner, we negotiate hard on behalf of our clients, so they get exceptional bang for their buck when they work with Unbridled. 3) We are at your service. Yes, it sounds cliché but we’ve got the proof. Your goals are first and foremost, which is one of the reasons we’ve enjoyed a 100% client retention rate for the past four years. Many of our experts left the huge event management firms to satisfy their craving to Be Unbridled: committing to clients’ needs first, unleashing creativity and passion, forging deep relationships through accountability, and engaging with and giving back to the larger community through our sister arm, UnbridledACTS.

Unbridled Solutions is headquartered in Denver, CO, with satellite offices in San Diego, CA and Washington, D.C.
